Is this a physical product or a digital file?

This is a completed, physically 3D-printed wallplate. You will receive the backplate, matching screwless faceplate, and mounting magnets described in the listing. No STL files or other digital downloads are included.

Will a 3D-printed wallplate look exactly like an injection-molded wallplate?

ZiyaDock wallplates are produced using additive manufacturing. Small layer lines, seams, or minor surface variations are normal characteristics of a 3D-printed product and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

Which Philips Hue remote is compatible?

ZiyaDock is designed for the Philips Hue v2 dimmer switch remote. Please compare your remote with the listing photographs and measurements before ordering. Compatibility with earlier or different Philips Hue remote models is not guaranteed.

Is installation hardware included?

The ZiyaDock wallplate is designed to use the existing compatible mounting screws from your current wallplate or electrical devices. Additional screws and installation tools are not included unless specifically stated in the listing.

Does the Hue remote permanently attach to the wallplate?

No. Magnets securely hold the remote in its recessed pocket while still allowing it to be removed for handheld use.

Are magnets included?

Yes. Two 8 × 2 mm magnets are included for each Philips Hue remote position. The magnets are installed with the correct polarity for use with the remote.

Will this fit over my existing light switch?

Remote positions are designed to fit over existing Decora-style rocker switches and help prevent them from being accidentally turned off. Decora positions provide access to standard compatible Decora-style devices.

Please verify your switch type, electrical box, mounting-hole spacing, and surrounding clearance before ordering.

Will this work with a three-way light switch?

The wallplate may be used with compatible three-way Decora-style rocker switches because it does not alter the electrical operation of the switch. Fit depends on the physical dimensions and mounting arrangement of the installed device. Always verify compatibility and turn off power before installation.

What comes with my order?

Each order includes the configuration-specific backplate, matching screwless faceplate, any removable Decora panel sections required by the configuration, and two mounting magnets for each remote position.

Philips Hue remotes, electrical devices, screws, and tools are not included.
